The transcriber and editor need to mark any text that he/she is not 100% confident is "transcription accurate." This includes any words or phrases that are unclear. Never guess on spelling, especially mention of people and place names. These should be researched and verified.

The blue highlights also signify to the reading public that we remain unclear of the correct transcription and indeed invite knowledgeable experts to propose corrections.
